The current French Ambassador to Egypt recently visited the Dahshur Residence in December 2024 to inaugurate the “Les Ateliers de Dahshouria” program, powered by the French Embassy. In December 2021, the Director of the Cannes Film Festival and the Institut Lumière visited the Dahshur Residence, exploring its vibrant cinematic ecosystem. The visit highlighted the incredible opportunities provided for emerging filmmakers, showcasing how the residence fosters creativity and supports new talent by offering a dynamic space for collaboration, learning, and artistic development in the film industry.
